Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, scheduling, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians and drivers for daily routes
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding services, pricing, and appointments
  • Process and manage work orders, invoices, and service records
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining customer database
  • Coordinate with field technicians and drivers to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with marketing efforts including social media and customer follow-ups
  • Support management with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of office or administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with scheduling or dispatching software is a plus
  • Ability to work in groups or pairs and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of the septic or home services industry is a plus
