Field Tech

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing septic and sewage services for residential and commercial customers while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Pump and clean residential and commercial septic tanks and grease traps
• Inspect septic systems and identify potential issues or needed repairs
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and pumping equipment
• Accurately document services performed and report findings to customers
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor
• Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in septic, plumbing, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and service vehicles
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in groups or pairs and manage time effectively
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
