Office Personnel
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, scheduling, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians and drivers for daily routes
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding services, pricing, and appointments
- Process and manage work orders, invoices, and service records
- Collect payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Assist with data entry and maintaining customer database
- Coordinate with field technicians and drivers to ensure efficient scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with marketing efforts including social media and customer follow-ups
- Support management with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of office or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching software is a plus
- Ability to work in groups or pairs and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of the septic or home services industry is a plus
