CDL Driver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable CDL Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a commercial septic pumping vehicle and servicing residential and commercial accounts while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a commercial septic/sewage pumping truck in compliance with all DOT regulations
• Pump and clean residential and commercial septic tanks, grease traps, and lift stations
• Inspect septic systems and identify potential issues or needed repairs
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Accurately complete service reports, waste manifests, and other required documentation
• Transport and properly dispose of waste at approved disposal facilities
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and office staff
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Minimum 1-2 years of CDL driving experience preferred
• Experience in septic, sewage, or a related industry is a plus
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
• Ability to work in groups or pairs and manage time effectively
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
